이용약관 Terms of Service

이 약관은 문인공지능(Moon AI, 이하 "회사")이 제공하는 moonai.kr·moonai.co.kr 웹사이트(서비스 소개·문의)와 자기소개 프레젠테이션 생성 서비스 프티(pt.moonai.kr, 클로즈드 베타)에 적용됩니다. 회사는 법인 설립등기 진행 중이며, 등기 완료 시 설립되는 법인이 이 약관상 회사의 지위를 승계합니다.

These Terms apply to the moonai.kr and moonai.co.kr websites (service introduction and inquiries) and to 프티 (pt.moonai.kr, a self-introduction presentation generator in closed beta), operated by Moon AI (문인공지능, the "Company"). The Company's corporate registration is in progress; upon completion, the incorporated entity succeeds to the Company's position under these Terms.

이 약관은 회사가 제공하는 서비스의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 회원의 권리·의무·책임 사항을 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

These Terms set the conditions and procedures for using the Company's services and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and Members.

1. "서비스": moonai.kr·moonai.co.kr 웹사이트와 프티(pt.moonai.kr)를 말합니다.
2. "회원": 이메일 인증을 거쳐 프티 계정을 만든 사람을 말합니다. 인증된 이메일 1개당 1계정입니다.
3. "프티": 회원이 이력서 등 자료를 업로드하면 AI가 자기소개 프레젠테이션을 생성하는 서비스를 말합니다.
4. "생성물": 프티가 회원의 자료를 바탕으로 생성한 프레젠테이션 등 결과물을 말합니다.
5. "크레딧": 생성 기능 이용 시 차감되는 서비스 내 이용권(문AI 토큰)을 말합니다.
6. "공유 링크": 회원이 생성물을 공개 게시하기 위해 발급하는 URL을 말합니다.
7. "초대 코드": 클로즈드 베타 접근에 필요한 코드를 말합니다.

1. "Service": the moonai.kr and moonai.co.kr websites and 프티 (pt.moonai.kr).
2. "Member": a person who has created a 프티 account through email verification. One account per verified email.
3. "프티": the service that generates a self-introduction presentation with AI from materials (such as a resume) the Member uploads.
4. "Output": a presentation or other result 프티 generates from the Member's materials.
5. "Credit": an in-service allowance (문AI token) deducted when using generation features.
6. "Share link": a URL a Member issues to publish an Output.
7. "Invite code": a code required to access the closed beta.

1. 회사는 이 약관을 서비스 내에 상시 게시합니다.
2. 회사는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 시행일 7일 전(회원에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 사이트와 앱에 공지합니다. 개별 통지는 하지 않습니다.
3. 공지 후 시행일까지 거부 의사를 밝히지 않고 서비스를 계속 이용하면 개정 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않는 회원은 이용을 중단하고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

1. The Company keeps these Terms posted within the Service at all times.
2. The Company may amend the Terms within the bounds of applicable law, announcing changes on the site and in the app 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to Members). No individual notice is sent.
3. Continuing to use the Service through the effective date without objecting constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. A Member who does not agree may stop using the Service and close (delete) the account.

1. 프티는 회원이 업로드한 자료로 자기소개 프레젠테이션을 생성합니다. 생성물은 미리보기·다운로드할 수 있으며, 스타일(스킨) 변경은 무료이고 재생성에는 1크레딧이 차감됩니다.
2. 무료 이용은 1일 3회이며, 한국 표준시(KST) 자정에 초기화되고 이월되지 않습니다.
3. 회사 맥락 조회 기능은 회원이 입력한 회사명만으로 공개 자료(네이버·위키백과 등)를 조회합니다.

1. 프티 generates a self-introduction presentation from materials the Member uploads. Outputs can be previewed and downloaded; style (skin) changes are free, and regeneration deducts 1 credit.
2. Free use is limited to 3 generations per day, resetting at midnight Korea Standard Time (KST) with no carry-over.
3. The company-context feature looks up public sources (such as Naver and Wikipedia) using only the company name the Member enters.

1. 가입과 로그인은 이메일 일회용 인증번호(OTP) 또는 Google 계정으로 하며, 비밀번호는 사용하지 않습니다.
2. 만 14세 이상만 가입할 수 있습니다. 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
3. 계정과 인증 수단의 관리 책임은 회원에게 있으며, 도용이 의심되면 즉시 회사에 알려야 합니다.

1. Sign-up and login use a one-time email passcode (OTP) or a Google account; no passwords are used.
2. Only persons aged 14 or older may register. The Company does not collect personal information from children under 14.
3. Members are responsible for safeguarding their account and authentication means, and must notify the Company immediately of suspected unauthorized use.

1. 프티는 현재 초대 기반 클로즈드 베타로 운영됩니다. 초대 코드는 양도·판매·공개할 수 없습니다.
2. 회사는 대기자 명단을 운영하며, 베타 운영 정책은 예고 후 변경될 수 있습니다.
3. 베타를 종료하거나 전환하는 경우 최소 7일 전에 공지하고, 회원이 생성물을 다운로드할 기회를 제공합니다.
4. 베타 기간 중 서비스는 있는 그대로(as-is) 제공되며, 별도의 서비스 수준(SLA)을 보증하지 않습니다.

1. 프티 currently operates as an invite-based closed beta. Invite codes may not be transferred, sold, or published.
2. The Company maintains a waitlist, and beta policies may change with prior notice.
3. If the beta ends or transitions, the Company gives at least 7 days' notice and provides an opportunity to download Outputs.
4. During the beta, the Service is provided as-is, with no service-level agreement (SLA).

1. 회사는 10크레딧 1회성 선불 팩을 미화 0.99달러(US$0.99)에 판매합니다. 결제 통화는 USD이며, 원화 청구액은 카드사가 적용하는 환율과 수수료에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
2. 크레딧은 구독이 아니며 유효기간이 없습니다. 생성 시 무료 제공분이 먼저 소진됩니다.
3. 크레딧은 타인에게 양도하거나 현금으로 환전할 수 없습니다.
4. 결제는 Stripe를 통해 처리됩니다. 카드 정보는 Stripe가 직접 수집·처리하며 회사 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
5. 결제 후 크레딧이 반영되지 않으면 결제 세션 ID와 함께 이메일(hyunjae@moonai.co.kr)로 문의하십시오. 회사가 확인 후 복구합니다.

1. The Company sells a one-time prepaid pack of 10 credits for US$0.99. The billing currency is USD; the amount charged in KRW varies with the exchange rate and fees applied by your card issuer.
2. Credits are not a subscription and do not expire. Free daily generations are consumed before paid credits.
3. Credits cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash.
4. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe and never pass through the Company's servers.
5. If credits do not appear after payment, email hyunjae@moonai.co.kr with the checkout session ID; the Company will verify and restore them.

1. 회원은 크레딧 팩 결제일부터 7일 이내에 청약을 철회할 수 있습니다. 크레딧을 전혀 사용하지 않은 팩은 전액 환불합니다.
2. 7일 이내라도 일부를 사용한 팩은 미사용분에 대해 1크레딧당 미화 0.099달러 기준으로 비례 환불합니다.
3. 사용한 크레딧은 디지털콘텐츠의 제공이 개시된 것이므로 환불되지 않습니다. 회사는 이 사실을 결제 전에 고지합니다.
4. 생성 실패로 차감된 크레딧은 자동으로 환급됩니다.
5. 환불은 원결제수단(Stripe) 취소로 처리합니다.
6. 탈퇴 시 잔여 크레딧은 소멸합니다. 다만 제1항·제2항의 청약철회권 행사에는 영향이 없습니다.

1. A Member may withdraw from a credit-pack purchase within 7 days of payment. A fully unused pack is refunded in full.
2. Within the same 7 days, a partially used pack is refunded pro rata for the unused portion at US$0.099 per credit.
3. Used credits are non-refundable, as supply of the digital content has begun. The Company discloses this before payment.
4. Credits deducted for a failed generation are refunded automatically.
5. Refunds are issued by reversing the original payment method (Stripe).
6. Remaining credits lapse on account closure. This does not affect the withdrawal rights in paragraphs 1 and 2.

1. 업로드 자료에 대한 권리와 적법성을 보증할 책임은 회원에게 있습니다. 타인의 개인정보나 저작물을 권한 없이 업로드해서는 안 됩니다.
2. 회원은 회사에 서비스 제공(AI 처리·생성·저장·공유)에 필요한 범위에서 업로드 자료를 이용할 수 있는 권리를 부여합니다. 회사는 업로드된 원본 파일을 저장하지 않습니다.
3. 생성물에 대한 권리는 회원에게 귀속됩니다. 공유 스냅샷에는 "Made with 문AI" 표시가 포함됩니다.
4. AI 생성물은 부정확하거나 사실과 다를 수 있고, 다른 회원과 유사한 결과가 나올 수 있습니다. 생성물의 정확성 확인과 사용에 대한 책임은 회원에게 있으며, 회사는 합격·채용 등 특정 결과를 보증하지 않습니다.

1. Members are responsible for holding the rights to, and warranting the lawfulness of, uploaded materials. Do not upload another person's personal information or copyrighted work without authority.
2. The Member grants the Company a limited license to use uploaded materials only as needed to provide the Service (AI processing, generation, storage, sharing). The Company does not store the uploaded original files.
3. Rights in Outputs belong to the Member. Shared snapshots carry a "Made with 문AI" mark.
4. AI Outputs may be inaccurate or untrue, and similar results may be produced for other Members. Verifying and using Outputs is the Member's responsibility; the Company does not guarantee any outcome such as passing a screening or being hired.

1. 생성물은 회원의 명시적 행위로만 공유됩니다.
2. 공유 링크는 URL을 아는 누구나 열람할 수 있는 공개 게시물입니다.
3. 공유를 해제하면 스냅샷은 삭제됩니다. 다만 CDN 캐시로 인해 최대 5분간 사본이 남을 수 있습니다.
4. 공유 후 생성물을 수정해도 공유본에 자동 반영되지 않습니다.
5. 공유로 공개된 내용에 대한 책임은 회원에게 있습니다.

1. Outputs are shared only through the Member's explicit action.
2. A share link is a public posting viewable by anyone who knows the URL.
3. Unsharing deletes the snapshot, though a cached copy may persist on the CDN for up to 5 minutes.
4. Edits made after sharing are not automatically reflected in the shared copy.
5. The Member is responsible for what is made public by sharing.

회원은 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

1. 타인의 개인정보·저작물을 권한 없이 업로드하는 행위
2. 타인 사칭 또는 허위 정보 등록
3. 초대 코드의 공유·공개, 인증 수단에 대한 무차별 대입 시도
4. 자동화 수단을 통한 스크래핑·대량 접근
5. 서비스 또는 크레딧의 재판매
6. 다계정 등으로 무료 한도를 회피하는 행위
7. 불법·권리침해 콘텐츠의 생성 시도
8. 서비스에 비정상적 부하를 주거나 보호 조치를 우회하는 행위
9. 회사가 호스팅하는 서비스의 리버스 엔지니어링(공개된 오픈소스 라이선스가 허용하는 범위 제외)

Members must not:

1. upload another person's personal information or copyrighted work without authority;
2. impersonate others or register false information;
3. share or publish invite codes, or attempt brute-force access to authentication;
4. scrape or mass-access the Service by automated means;
5. resell the Service or credits;
6. evade the free-use limit, including through multiple accounts;
7. attempt to generate unlawful or rights-infringing content;
8. place abnormal load on the Service or circumvent protective measures;
9. reverse engineer the hosted Service (except as permitted by the published open-source license).

1. 서비스, 템플릿·스킨, 상표("문AI", "프티", "Moonai")에 대한 권리는 회사에 있습니다.
2. 회원 콘텐츠와 생성물에 대한 권리는 제9조를 따릅니다.
3. 공개된 소스 코드는 Apache License 2.0을 따릅니다. 상표는 해당 라이선스에 포함되지 않습니다.

1. Rights in the Service, templates and skins, and the trademarks ("문AI", "프티", "Moonai") belong to the Company.
2. Rights in Member content and Outputs follow Article 9.
3. Published source code is licensed under the Apache License 2.0; the trademarks are not included in that license.

1. 회사는 설비 점검·장애, 외부 서비스(클라우드·AI 모델·결제) 장애 등 부득이한 경우 서비스 제공을 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.
2. 베타 서비스는 있는 그대로 제공되며, 회사는 상품성이나 특정 목적 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다.
3. 서비스를 종료하는 경우 제6조 제3항의 공지와 다운로드 기간을 적용합니다.

1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service when unavoidable — for maintenance, outages, or failures of external services (cloud, AI models, payments).
2. The beta Service is provided as-is; the Company disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
3. If the Service is discontinued, the notice and download period of Article 6(3) apply.

1. 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련한 손해에 대해 회사는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임지지 않습니다.
2. 유료 서비스와 관련한 회사의 총 배상 책임은 최근 3개월간 회원이 실제 지급한 금액을 한도로 합니다.
3. 회사는 간접손해·특별손해·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
4. 이 조는 소비자 보호에 관한 강행법규상 회원의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

1. For damages arising from free portions of the Service, the Company is not liable absent intent or gross negligence.
2. The Company's total liability for paid services is capped at the amount the Member actually paid in the preceding 3 months.
3. The Company is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
4. Nothing in this Article limits Member rights under mandatory consumer-protection law.

1. 회원은 앱 내 기능으로 언제든지 즉시 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 데이터 삭제는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
2. 회원이 이 약관을 위반한 경우 회사는 통지 후 이용을 제한하거나 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다. 긴급한 경우 조치 후 통지할 수 있습니다.
3. 이용 제한에 이의가 있는 회원은 이메일(hyunjae@moonai.co.kr)로 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다.

1. A Member may close (delete) the account at any time, immediately, in the app. Data deletion follows the Privacy Policy.
2. If a Member violates these Terms, the Company may restrict use or terminate the agreement after notice; in urgent cases, notice may follow the action.
3. A Member may contest a restriction by email to hyunjae@moonai.co.kr.

1. 이 약관과 서비스 이용에는 대한민국 법이 적용됩니다.
2. 분쟁의 관할은 민사소송법에 따릅니다. 소비자인 회원이 자신의 주소지 관할 법원에 소를 제기할 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.
3. 회원은 소비자분쟁조정위원회 등 분쟁조정기구에 조정을 신청할 수 있습니다.

1. These Terms and use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Jurisdiction over disputes follows the Civil Procedure Act; a consumer Member's right to sue in the court of their own domicile is not limited.
3. Members may apply for mediation through bodies such as the Consumer Dispute Settlement Commission.

이 약관은 국문으로 작성되며 영문 번역이 함께 제공됩니다. 해석에 차이가 있는 경우 국문본이 우선합니다.

These Terms are written in Korean with an accompanying English translation provided for convenience. If the two differ, the Korean text controls.

이 약관은 2026년 7월 17일부터 시행합니다. 사업자등록번호와 통신판매업 신고번호는 등록 완료 즉시 사이트 하단에 게시합니다.

These Terms take effect on July 17, 2026. The business registration number and e-commerce filing number will be posted in the site footer immediately upon issuance.
